Room no. 1: 14 m²; double room on the ground floor and with window view of Val Fiscalina valley (wooden floor since autumn 2022))



Room no. 2: 18 m²; family room on the ground floor with double bed, bunk bed and private terrace with view of Val Fiscalina valley (wooden floor since autumn 2022)



Room no. 3/ 4: 15m²; original, wood-panelled double room with balcony and view of the beautiful Val Fiscalina valley; an extra bed can be added. (new wooden floor since April 2024)



Room no. 5: 12 m²; original wood-panelled double room with west-facing balcony (new wooden floor since April 2024)





All rooms have a bathroom with shower and WC, a seating area, TV and free WiFi access. If necessary, we also have an additional bed, or a cot and high chair for small children. We will spoil you in the morning with a rich farmer's breakfast with homemade delicacies, local and organic products and a good espresso or cappuccino.
You are also welcome to use our breakfast room as a lounge or the kitchenette/fridge. In front of our house we have a beautiful garden – in the summer full of vegetables and herbs. For the children there is a playground with a panoramic view, a garden shed, a slide, a swing and a sandpit. We have a small library too and for the children there is a colourful box of games. We are happy to do your personal laundry for a small surcharge.

Price:

Price per person in a double room between €55.00 - €120.00 including breakfast; discount for children up to the age of 12 (except in high season!)
The local tax in the municipality of Sesto is € 2.50 per person aged 18 and over per night and will be deducted from the room price on your departure.

Pets are also very welcome! We charge €10.00 per day for your four-legged family member.
