Booking conditions

We look forward to receiving a written booking by e-mail. The booking becomes binding upon payment of the deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the sending of the booking confirmation. We charge a surcharge for short stays (1-3 days). In the high season the minimum stay on reservation is 7 nights.

Payment:

in cash on site, non-transferable cheque or bank transfer

There is no right of cancellation within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB:
- Cancellation up to 45 days before the arrival date: no cancellation fee
- Cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date: 40% of the agreed total price
- Cancellation up to 8 days before the arrival date: 60% of the agreed total price
- Cancellation less than 8 days before the day of arrival: 70% of the agreed total price
If the guest does not turn up (‘no show’) or departs early, 70% of the total price for the entire booking period must be paid. Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday!
